Returns & Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement.

After 2 hours, orders cannot be cancelled.

We accept replacements only if:

The product has a design or manufacturing defect

The wrong product is delivered

📌 Verification will be done via images or video call.

For hygiene and safety reasons, used or washed products are not eligible for return.

Approved returns are picked up within 2–4 business days.

Delays may occur due to logistics constraints.

Refunds (if approved) are processed to the original payment method.

Refund timelines depend on bank/payment gateway processing.
